May 3rd, 1888Miss Lucille Flint,
I trust this owl will reach you promptly.
As I'm sure you are aware, my daughter has elected to run away. I am writing you as though I know she has not returned to your mother's house, I have been led to believe you and Annabelle are friendly.
Her mother wishes to know where her daughter is and I am writing to ask if you know of her whereabouts?
In regard,
Mr A C Scrimgeour

Dear Uncle Argus,
I have not heard from Annabella since you visited. I had rather hoped that you might know where she is and if she is alright. We are worried sick about her. If mother or I do hear we shall be sure to let Aunt Media and yourself know as any parent would be put at ease to know their daughter is alright.
Most Sincerely,
Lucille A. Flint.

May 4th, 1888Miss Lucille Flint,
I appreciate the prompt response.
I can put my trust in your honesty and I'm certain my wife would be grateful to know you would keep us updated.
We have heard nothing and my other children are exceptionally worried - I have seen them frantically writing various owls though I know not who they are for.
This is extremely concerning behaviour, even for Annabelle.
Please send me an owl without hesitation the moment you know something.
In regard,
Mr A C Scrimgeour
