*Ida Chang graduated but was very close with two Slytherins that graduated with her so tangentially maybe they got to know each other through those means > Ida tutored a lot so there's that. If she wants older contacts
* Maxwell Beck is a firstie and a bit of a loudmouth? bully? good heart? very angsty though? anyway if she wants to deal with an annoying kid
* Diana Selwyn is known to most as Professor Foxwood's new cat and she's a fixture in his Transfig classes since start of the new year, no one knows she's a witch. Ahead of her big reveal I could see her both terrorize/beloved by students (so huge spectrum there haha)

Ida - If you ever need a female bromance, They could certainly run into each other in Hogsmeade and strike up a conversation. Or exchange owls. Those are always cute threads to me for whatever reason.

Maxwell - It's rare to come across first years on boards in general so the thought of a tiny little human (in her eyes) thinking he's all big and bad is rather amusing. Always up for a thread there.

Diana - While it would be an interesting thread being somewhat one-sided (conversation-wise, anyway) if Clarke thinks Diana is a cat, this could be also be quite entertaining. I'm sure people unknowingly spill their guts to what they assume is a friendly(?) cat all the time, hahaha....

I realize that most people on the board have multiple chars so I obviously don't expect to take you up on all three right away but if anything strikes your fancy, now or in the future, hit me up!

Hey Alice, welcome to Charming! <3

At present, my only student character is Odessa here. She's the only daughter of a Quidditch sponsor and she was raised really wealthy and privileged. She's not a bad kid, but you can probably tell she's privileged and pampered.

They have a large age gap but they're both in the same house so we could find a reason for them to interact. Odessa would find her scary tbh. Maybe they could meet flying their broomsticks? Odessa secretly despises Quidditch but she enjoys flying.

Odessa - They could definitely bump into each other whether that be somewhere in the castle, the common rooms or maybe even at meals. Clarke is probably very tunnel vision on the food when she's hungry and doesn't really giving a shit who she plops down beside. I see Clarke one way in my head as far as being unapproachable, but damn it if all my chars don't have a mind of their own, lol.

I don't have much for you at Hogwarts, my only student currently is James Fletcher, a third year, but he is also working class and a bit of a hooligan so she might know him vaguely from Hogsmeade. He gets in trouble a lot so is a regular in detentions and whatnot xD

Carmelina Cramming is the Ancient Runes professor, if she takes that elective class.

Aubrey Davis is another Slytherin student's pet hedgehog called Davis, so is probably a familiar sight in the common room and dorms. Working class students are the Slytherins he likes best because he hates most of the rich kids. xD

I have a handful of students so I'll just list the ones closest to her age <3
Nicodemus Dursley is a fifth year ravenclaw and quidditch captain as of the 1892-1893 school year.
Paxton Fudge you have a thread with but he's a fifth year hufflepuff and on his house team.
Alcyone Slughorn is in the year above her in Gryffindor! And also my only female presenting student apparently, I am only now realizing as I type this. Oops.
Leander Hobday is a prefect for her house in the year above her.

I"m not exactly sure what electives Clarke will take ( and honestly it will probably have more to do with classes with profs versus anything XD ) - so she may very well see her in class..

I would think Clarke would probably know of James from Hogsmeade if he's an infamous hooligan, haha. I don't have immediate ideas for them but you never know!

With Davis - I have so many questions, lol. But Clarke, not so much. If it's cute, I'm sure she'd be interested in him. Not like she'd know he wasn't merely a hedgehog.

@NICODEMUS DURSLEY - They might know each other from classes. I would think unless they've made a connection in classes that she hangs out with too many people from other houses unless they are girls or they just happen to run into each other by chance.
@PAXTON FUDGE - Yay for open threads, lol. Never know how people will get on, but same year and quidditch is always an easy thing to have in common. She doesn't play but she wants to so she'd interested in it for sure.
@ALCYONE SLUGHORN I always assumed that the students are much more aware of older students than younger ones, but that's just from my own personal high school experience. Clarke will talk to anyone if they bump into each other.
@LEANDER HOBDAY She would know him for sure, but she'd probably avoid older male prefects because she has a hard time keeping her opinions to herself at times. Better safe than sorry, lol.

Yesss haha I love a lady bromance <3 they’ll have things to catch up on with her starting such an important year and Ida will have started at Flint Institute. Post is always cute and easier to keep up on want to start a letter thread or I can?

Haha yes that is EXACTLY what Diana is perfect for, she ends up having all sorts of people confide in her! And if they get close once she’s back to human she’ll probably follow up with Clarke since she lost her own kids and misses them. Diana makes her “words” known in other ways and I’m up for the challenge. we could start this as our first regular IC thread if you’d like!

I currently have two students at Hogwarts:

Miss Sisse here is a 6th year with an older and younger brother. She is super friendly is everyone except for Holly Scrimgeour, so I could see Sisse trying to be friendly to Clarke despite how Clarke acted. Sisse is also the Charms club president and in dueling and Potions clubs.

Then I have wee little firstie Katherine Arundell "Kitty" who is a muggleborn daughter of an earl and is rather accident prone and incredibly curious.

Sisse - I may have to place Clarke in Potions Club. Good place to get more connections and she enjoys potions enough to do it recreationally without the pressure of class. They could certainly be on friendly terms because of that and possibly start talking outside of club too.

Kitty - Nothing comes to mind off the top of my head, but that isn't to say students don't occasionally run into one another, both literally and figuratively. haha

Welcome to Charming!! I have a few folks that might work!

Louisa Clearwater is my Gryffindor House Matron and the only character I've got at Hogwarts. She's new to the school, so any interaction she'd have with Clarke would likely be new!

Faustus' daughter, Edelweiss Prewett is also at Hogwarts as a Gryffindor 5th year! I used to play her but since have retconned her as an NPC, but I'm down to hash out potential relationships between Edelweiss and Clarke if that suits you!


@"Adrienne Selwyn" is a former Slytherin and just debuted this year/is now betrothed to Cassius Lestrange. I'm also down to hash out any potential relationships we might see there :D

My Hogsmeade folks are:

Hestia - Bartender at the Hog's Head, so if Clarke ever ventured in there during Hogsmeade weekends, she'd likely see Hestia. She's a con artist, and rough around the edges but she's apparently got plenty of kids at school who know her including James Fletcher, Eli Fox, Alexander Waterford and Maxwell Beck xD

Irene Crawley is an artist and can often be seen painting in Padmore Park and around the town!

Sebastian Beauregard is my medi-wizard, so if you're in a pinch, then you'd likely see him

Meredith Edgecombe is the manager of two bakery branches, one in London and one in Hogsmeade, and she's always a friendly face :D
