Cash is his coworker! And an industry person! Cash's vibe at work is a smidge "why am I here" so not sure how well they'd get along but he also isn't actively antagonistic at work.
Zelda and Noble were both a year younger - Zelda was Quidditch commentator after him LMAO, so I think they should be at least friendly. Noble could also be a friend?

He and Cash were only a year apart at school too, but I think Harvey would understand the annoyance of going from player to employee pretty well. XD
Haha I forgot Zelda took over the mantle, they would definitely get along, plus she and Elsie are bros now. I can also see him getting along with Noble just fine. They're both sort of in their Grumpy Era, so yep.
Game for threads with any of them, though I feel like Zelda would be tricky right now.
