Henrietta Davis
Henry may not have looked the part of the sage old man doling advice out to his descendants, but she was certainly acting it, and, in spite of himself, Castor was all but compelled to play along. - Castor Allaway; A Fork in the Road

Full Name: Henrietta Davis

Nickname(s): Henry - Having been a childhood nickname, the main people to call her this would be her siblings.

Birthdate: November 7, 1866

Age: 22

Occupation: Allaway Twin's Maid; Amateur 'Detective'

Blood Status: Halfblood

Residence: Irvingly

Hogwarts House: Hufflepuff

Wand: Rowan, 10", slightly springy, unicorn hairs

Father: John Davis (18xx-1877)
Mother: Fanny Davis née ____ (18xx-1877)
Brother: Jacob Davis (1854)
Sister: Wilhelmina Davis (1856)
Missing Hedgehog!Brother: Aubrey Davis (1858)
- ... Possible hedgehog nephews and nieces that the she and her other family members don't know about.
Brother: Hugo Davis (1859-1884)
Sister: Poppy Davis (1863)

'Younger Brother': Castor Allaway (1868)
'Younger Brother': Pollux Allaway (1868)

Though they aren't actually related and she technically works for them, she has started to consider them family as well. She's never really mentioned this opinion, but it's her opinion anyway.
Eyes: Light blue

Hair: Light blond

Height: 5'4"

Clothing: She tries to keep her clothing neat when she can. That's hard to do when she's busy practically taking care of two grown men.

Dominant Hand: Right

PB ~ Saoirse Ronan

Extravert: Henry tends to act before thinking, and can be very outgoing. Thinking out loud is a habit of hers, and she tends to talk more than listen during a conversation.

Intuitive: She tends to be observant on anything new or different. Her gut instinct is her trusted ally. Prefering to figuring things out for herself, she likes to get creative with problem solving.

Feeler: Her decision making is based on her feelings, and she tends to take things personally at times. A very compassionate person, she appears warm and friendly to those around her.

Perceiver: Certain rules feel more like walls than something that helps people. Keeping her plans flexible helps her get things done, not having to take the time to worry about what she must get done with next.
Despite being the youngest of her siblings, she has always had the instincts of acting as a protective 'big' sister.
Amortentia: The smell of the potions classroom of Hogwarts and lilies

Patronus: She never learned to cast one

Boggart: A cloaked figure, running towards her with a knife. The part of her that thinks that Aubrey is dead wonders if he had experienced this before his end.

Star Sign: Scorpio

Hobbies: Attempting to look into the disappearance of her brother, nagging the Allaway boys, trying to learn new things about magic during her free time.

Pets: Henrietta chooses to not have pets due to her busy schedule of working for the Allaway brothers as well as searching for her brother.
1866: Henrietta is born as the last child to her parents.

1870: She doesn't remember this, but one of her siblings stole one of her toys, and she had such a tantrum that it floated out of their hands and right back to her.

1873: Convincing one of her older siblings to let her look through their school books, she takes her time dreaming of Hogwarts and trying to prepare for her own stay at the school. During her free time of course.

1875: She takes up the nickname 'Henry', as an attempt to shorten her name. The thought of being called 'Hen' as an alternative just sounded weird.

1876: This is the year that it becomes truly noticable, to whomever actually pays attention, that Henry has picked up a habit of being quite protective of others... as well as lecturing people when they do something stupid. Even her siblings do not get a free pass from the 'lectures' when something goes wrong.

1877: Mother and father die in the riots. Henry is heart broken over this. She does not do well with coping, typically crying whenever their parents are mentioned. This goes on for several months.

1878:Before she even heads off to Hogwarts, her brother goes missing! Henry can't help but blame the Urquart family for his disappearance. After all, they seem suspiciously calm over the situation. Part of her feels that they have killed him, though part of her knows that he can't be dead. How? Sisterly instinct of course. Heading to Hogwarts, she heads into Hogwarts and is placed in Hufflepuff. House of the loyal. It suits her. She goes by her full name while in school. It seems better to leave her nickname to be used by her siblings.

1881: Despite her book smarts and willingness to learn, she is too distracted in class. This finally catches up to her and she does not obtain her scholarship for her fourth year. She is quite disappointed, hoping to become an auror and reopen the investigation of her brother's disappearance.
She soon goes to work for the Allaway family, helping the housekeeper. While on her own time, she starts trying to figure out how to get infermation on a certain family... the Urquarts.

1887: The head of the house dies. Henry feels sympathetic towards the siblings, remembering the loss of her own parents only ten years prior. To her shock, Mrs. Allaway practically runs off due to her distaste in magic. Along with her goes Miss Allaway. Mrs. Allaway insists that Henry is no longer needed. At first she thinks that she'll be in need of a new job. That is, until the two Mr. Allaway brothers offer to keep her on. Soon she gets into the habit of acting a bit like an older sister to the twins Allaway during whatever interactions they actually have.

1888: Still acting as if she is more of an exasperated big sister, rather than some meek maid, Henry is now making sure both brothers don't end up starving to death. She does like these guys, they are both pleasant to interact with. Her search for her brother continues, with no success so far.
  • Henrietta has a tendency to act as a protective 'big' sister. This includes friends, family, and her two employers/'little brothers'.
  • Her brother disappeared in 1878 and was never found. She tends to try to put the pieces together in her free time and ask around about him even now.

  • She tends to act more like her bosses big sister than employee.

  • She has not actively looked for a husband.

  • 'Henry' is a childhood nickname, and only those closest to her may call her this.
  • That her missing brother is actually a hedgehog, turned into that by Elijah Urquart

Plot Preferences: Personally, I love making plots. I like planning things out. However, I'm also willing to plan things out, to then ditch the plan completely if the muse takes me and those I thread with in another direction. My characters tend to do as they please, leaving me wondering what on earth I just typed. Trying to make them do something that they will not naturally do seems strange, and won't work the way that the plan was supposed to.

"Mature" content does not bother me in threads. Language, violence, dark content, and even smut don't bother me (though if we are gonna do smut, there has got to be a good reason for it happening at all). However I'm not comfortable doing these things if it would not be something that my character would do, and/or if it is not for plot development.

For me, I like to try to type as much as my muse will allow. Typically I try to match with the other poster, if not posting more. I do not expect anyone to have to match my post word count if their muse does not call for it.
